Using 101otziv.uz implies acceptance of the following rules.

What a review should be

• The review must be about a real product, service or experience you had.
• Facts and personal impression are good. Insults, threats, profanity are forbidden.
• Do not publish private data: other people's phone numbers, addresses, documents.
• Advertising, contact exchange and spam are forbidden.
• Knowingly false statements about people, companies or products are forbidden.

Author responsibility

By publishing a review or comment, you confirm that:

• the review is based on your personal experience;
• the facts stated in it correspond to reality and can be confirmed;
• you do not intend to insult or defame any person or company;
• you understand that knowingly spreading false information (defamation) is punishable under Article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Article 41 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility; intentional humiliation of honour and dignity (insult) — under Article 140 of the Criminal Code and Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

The platform reserves the right, and in cases provided by law is obliged, to provide information about the author of a disputed publication (including registration date and time, IP addresses, contact details, support correspondence) upon a justified request from law enforcement and courts.

Complaints and removal

If you believe a review contains false information or insults, click the «Report» button under the review or write via the contacts page. We process such requests within 24-72 hours. If the violation is confirmed, the review is removed. The company that the review is about can apply for «Verified business» status and officially respond to criticism.

Moderation

Each new review and comment goes through manual pre-moderation by an administrator. Usually within several hours. Reviews that do not pass moderation are not published.
