Public offer

This public offer governs the relationship between sole proprietor YATT MOSKOVSEV A.A (the "Site") and any user (the "User").

Acceptance

By creating an account, leaving a review, comment or other content on the Site, the User fully accepts the terms of this offer.

User obligations

  • Post only true and personal information;
  • Do not use the Site contrary to the law and the service rules;
  • Do not violate the rights of other persons.

Site rights

The Site has the right not to publish or to remove any content that violates the rules and to block accounts. The Site is not responsible for the accuracy of content posted by users.

Other terms

The Site has the right to change the terms of the offer. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.

User responsibility for published content

The User bears full and independent responsibility for the content of reviews and comments they publish. By posting a review, the User confirms that it is based on their personal experience, does not contain knowingly false information, insults, profanity, and does not violate the rights of third parties.

Knowingly spreading false information that defames honour and dignity (defamation) is subject to liability under Article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Article 41 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Intentional humiliation of honour and dignity in an indecent form (insult) — under Article 140 of the Criminal Code and Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.

The platform does not moderate reviews for factual accuracy and is not responsible for the truthfulness of information stated by Users. Upon a justified request from an interested party (the mentioned company, a citizen), the Administration shall review the dispute within reasonable time and remove the publication if the violation is confirmed. Upon a lawful request from law enforcement and courts, the Administration is obliged to provide available information about the User.

Right of reply

A company mentioned in a review may apply for «Verified business» status via the Business dashboard and, after document verification, respond to reviews under the official badge. This is free.
